Luxe Provence is a slow luxury lifestyle brand celebrating that chic, South of France style. We design limited edition series and curations delivering the artisanal beauty and luxuries of the Provence to your door.

 

Our Lifestyle Collection:

Our Luxe Provence Lifestyle line is designed by Creative Director and Founder, Tarik Koivisto, and proudly created in limited edition by the finest couturières and ateliers in Provence. 

Each piece is designed to be worn barefoot in the garden by day, and then paired with heels by night, for an elegant dinner.

We strive to create effortlessly chic collections reflecting that classic South of France style, using noble natural and sustainable fabrics, to be worn for years to come.  

 

 

1: What is Your COVID-19 Prevention Policy?

We are pleased to inform you that throughout the pandemic our ateliers and shipping offices have been smartly re-organized to continue our operations using recommended safety precautions in producing, handling and processing all orders. We have one person managing and shipping orders at this time, in isolation, and work carefully with DHL International Priority to ensure safe delivery from Provence to your doorstep. We continue to deliver world wide, with web site orders shipping 2-3 times per week from our Provence offices. All of our pieces, as always, are Made in Provence. 2: Where Are Your Clothes Made?

We proudly design and ethically produce each of our pieces here in Provence working with the finest artisans, ateliers and couturieres in the region.  We source our fabrics in Europe and seek out the highest quality producers of linen, wool, cotton and silks we can find, along with deadstock from Italy.

3: How do your Sizes Run?

Our ateliers are in France and we follow a standard international couture size chart. We are very mindful of American and International sizing standards and indicate USA/EU sizing in our size chart located here. Please do not hesitate to contact us at: orders@luxe-provence.com for any sizing questions. We also offer custom pre-orders for 00, XXL, XXXL sizes by request on certain items.

4: How does your Pre-Order System Work?

Prior to launching new pieces, we offer most items on a pre-order basis so that we may efficiently create sizes that are needed and avoid waste.  Pre-orders are always indicated in the product title and include the future ship date. Many of our items sell out quickly, so this also allows our clients to reserve their size in advance. We collect payment at the time of pre-order and send out a DHL tracking email upon fulfilment so you will be aware when your item departs Provence.

5. How do Duties, VAT and Customs Fees Work?

Your order will be shipped from France to your international destination and may be inspected by Customs and Border Protection and assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes and charges, if any. It is the importer's responsibility, or buyer of goods, to account for any country duties and/or taxes incurred, to ensure compliance with customs regulations. 

The VAT, or Value Added Tax, is charged on top of the published price to all EU member countries. For those who are registered businesses with a VAT number, you may reclaim this tax. The VAT is calculated at the time of checkout based upon the shipping European country VAT rate of 20% in France. Generally, our American customers do not receive duties charge for orders under $800 received per day. UK clients are assessed an import charge by the government that is assessed and collected separately.

6. What are your Shipping Rates?  

Our shipping rates are calculated based upon DHL International Priority delivery costs from our offices in Provence, France. Parcels generally arrive in 1 business day in France/EU and 3-4 business days upon departure from France to the USA, Europe, Asia and Australia with DHL Priority International. Occasionally packages are retained for customs processing or random inspections, for an additional 1-2 days.

7. What is Your Return / Exchange Policy? 

We do not offer exchange of items, however, you may return an item for a refund less international / UK shipping charges. To request a return for boutique items from our Luxe Provence Lifestyle line please send your request within 14 business days for approval to our Customer Support team at orders@luxe-provence.com.

France Returns: Returns are free within France with our white glove DHL return service by request.

International/UK/USA Returns: As we are a small company, please note we do not cover return shipping or duty charges for return items. You may return your item to us for a refund by request.

EU Returns: We offer a white glove DHL Priority return service for an additional fee for all EU countries. Please contact us for pricing based upon your destination.

 

8. Do you store or collect my personal data? 

At Luxe Provence we respect your privacy and have set forth our terms and conditions for usage of the Luxe Provence www.luxe-provence.shop and www.luxe-provence.com family of websites. We do not knowingly share customer data with other parties, nor store credit card details on our site. We encourage you to also review our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

Your usage of this site is the acceptance of the terms and conditions and will be confirmed for acceptance prior to any purchases. If you do not accept the terms, or exchange / return policies listed, please do not use the web site or opt to purchase our products.
