Our Luxe Provence Lifestyle collection is a collection of high quality linen, silk and french cotton pieces inspired by the chic, South of France style. Our Luxe Provence subscription services offer a diverse collection of surprise and 'sur mesure' gift items curated around a seasonal them designed to bring you the beauty and luxuries of Provence to your doorstep. From the scents and tastes of Provence, to handcrafted Mediterranean objects, pottery, textiles, cosmetics and more. 


Electronic Communications

Visiting and or sending emails to Luxe Provence constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.


Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Be sure to restrict access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Luxe Provence is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Luxe Provence and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.


Personal, Confidential and Minor Information

Luxe Provence does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of eighteen. If you are under 18, you may use or only with permission of a parent or guardian.



To place an order for a Product or Subscription, the Customer must identify himself/herself and agree with our Terms and Conditions of this site, then confirm the order. Luxe Provence will send a confirmation email for each order to the customer upon completion. The Customer must supply a valid credit card, email, telephone number and daytime shipping address for the order to be processed. Ship dates will be clearly marked for pre-orders and subscriptions, which may take several weeks to fulfil.


A Customer who wishes to place an order must first identify himself/herself. To do this, he must fill in our contact form made available upon registration online. The information provided by the customer will include his last name, first name (or company name) as well as e-mail address, physical shipping and billing addresses, customer preferences and telephone numbers. The Customer shall also provide a password that will be personal and confidential. Luxe Provence reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data entered by the Customer and more specifically the identity and physical address of the Customer. In order to verify the Customer’s identity, Luxe Provence may require a copy of an ID card before shipping any order. The Customer, when not an individual consumer (a.k.a. a business), is responsible (a) for all the persons to whom it communicates its confidential login information and (b) for all orders placed using its confidential login information, as a result, the customer will not dispute any order placed using its personal and confidential login information. The Customer will inform Luxe Provence as soon as he knows that a third party is using his e-mail address and password without his consent. The Customer agrees that entering a password and login name is proof of identity. Luxe Provence hereby informs the Customer that the information communicated by him within the framework of the order is automatically recorded as nominative data constituting the Customers’ files and/or a detailed invoicing.

Acceptance of the Our Terms and Conditions of Sale

When the Customer is identified according to article "Identification" above, the customer states that he/she has read and agrees with the Terms and Conditions and checks the box “I have read and agree with Luxe Provence's Terms and Conditions”. Order Confirmation

The Customer chooses the parcels he/she wishes to buy, then confirming your order, by entering in a valid credit card number and its date of expiration in confidentiality. An order number is then communicated on the screen and also by electronic mail to the Customer, along with shipping estimate for each seasonal parcel. Orders are processed on a seasonal basis, not directly upon purchase, following published advertised seasonal shipping dates. Once orders are fulfilled, a tracking number is provided.



Our products ship internationally from Provence region of France with a tracking number provided to you by electronic mail. We request a valid daytime shipping address for all deliveries. Our parcel deliveries will require signature on delivery. Please be sure that daytime business shipping addresses have been accurately supplied. Luxe Provence is not responsible for returned deliveries, or undeliverable delivery fees.


Customs & Duties

All of our packages will be shipped from France by DHL International. When you purchase a parcel from another country you are the “importer” of goods. Goods entering certain countries may be inspected by Customs and Border Protection and assessed for applicable Customs duties, taxes and charges, if any. Luxe Provence will cover duty charges to our clients in the USA. However, it is the importer's responsibility, or purchaser, to account for any duties and/or taxes outside of the USA that need to be paid with the courier company, while ensuring compliance with Customs regulations. 


Risk or Loss of Goods

Luxe Provence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The parcel purchased will be shipped by a third party carrier. We will provide you with a shipping number to track your packages. We deny all responsibility of the merchandise as soon as it leaves our warehouse in France, or partner logistic facilities in the USA. As a result, any risk of loss for shipped merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Any dispute or claim must be resolved with the third party carrier. 


Return Policy

Subscription, Artisanal Products and Single Curations

All Luxe Provence subscription, parcel gift purchases or individual sale items are final sale and nonrefundable. Our curations may contain personalized selection of objects, specially created clothing items that are shipped internationally directly from France. All parcels are shipped via International courier (DHL, UPS or FedEx) and will require signature to confirm delivery.

We do not currently accept returns of subscription or individual sale gift parcels due to their personalized nature and often may contain perishable or limited time goods. Any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. If your Luxe Provence parcel does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing within 7 days of receiving your parcel. If we are not notified within that time period, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders ship four times a year, and may take several weeks to fulfill upon purchase with shipping for our Luxe Provence Blush option in: late September, December, March and June, while our Mediterranean Gold Subscription ships: October, December, February and May. Our final delivery dates will be published for each season upon pre-sales period. Any refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Luxe Provence. 

If a parcel contains a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately at: We will find a solution and do our very best to replace or refund the value of the item for you.

Boutique Items
To request a return or exchange for a boutique single or lifestyle line item, please send your request within 14 business days in writing to our Customer Support team at All items must be returned, unworn with original tags and packaging to be accepted for a refund.

We offer free returns/exchanges for approved requests within France for any defective items or size exchanges on unworn items.

White Glove Return Service option:

For International orders, Luxe Provence is not responsible for return postage or duty fees, which must be paid for by the client. If a boutique item is approved for return or an exchange, Luxe Provence will provide return instructions and address for return shipment to be sent to our location in Provence, South of France.  

For France / EU orders, we offer a white glove return / exchange service for an additional fee which is handled by DHL International pickup from your doorstep, by request at within 7 business days of shipment delivery. Return shipping costs will be based upon your international or EU address and country location. Returns are free within mainland France.

Please send any questions or return requests to: We have the right to deny any exchange or return request after 14 days of receipt. Credits will be processed to the card issuers credit or debit card within 10 - 15 business days upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of merchandise.


Subscription Purchase Cancellation Policy

Our annual subscriptions are non-refundable and may not be cancelled.

An annual subscription is a special customized offer that is delivered over the course of 1 (one), 2 (two), or a full year with 4 (four) seasonal parcels shipping at our published date schedule for either the Luxe Provence Blush, or Mediterranean Gold Subscriptions. All of our Subscription parcels are non-refundable as they may contain special unique or personalized items and are offered at a discount price over our single parcels. 


Refused Orders 

Orders that are placed, then refused delivery by clients will be charged for any international shipping and return duty fees that are assessed by each country, and our out of our control. We are not responsible for unclaimed delivery charges, or refused items.
