A few words about your Luxe Provence deliveries from France with our priority shipping partner, DHL International.
A signature will always be required upon delivery for Luxe Provence Box orders
We ask that you be sure to provide a valid daytime shipping address. We suggest a business address to ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel delivery.
If you or your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery, DHL will automatically re-deliver the next business day. If your recipient is still not present the next day, DHL will leave a note on the door with the package's tracking number and the local phone number of the nearest DHL agency. It will be up to you, or your gift recipient, to contact DHL and schedule an appointment for delivery. On occasion, we will also partner with a local distributor on a per country basis. For the United States, we also work with UPS to complete our national ground shipping to clients.
Boutique Item Shipping
Luxe Provence Boutique ships items via DHL International Priority to the USA, Europe, UK, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, UAE, China, Taiwan and many other destinations upon request. Please be sure that your shipping address is a street address, as we do not deliver boutique items to P.O. boxes. Boutique orders will be processed within 48-hours unless otherwise notified, and generally arrive within 4-5 business days depending upon the destination. We are happy to provide you with a delivery estimate prior to your orders. You will receive a DHL tracking number upon fulfillment to the email address provided at the time of check-out. Please be aware, that certain items, such as perfume, may not be shipped to specific countries due to their hazardous nature restrictions.
Luxe Provence Box Seasonal Delivery Schedules
Each season, four times a year, we curate and delivery the beauty and luxuries of Provence to your door.
Our Shipping Schedule for 2017 is:
- Spring March 15
- Summer June 21 - 28
- Autumn September 18 - 26
- Winter December 1 - 7
Our annual subscription members will receive free priority shipments for orders to the USA/France. Each season's shipping date will be clearly posted and confirmed by email. to the address provided. Once the delivery is underway from France, we will send a tracking number from DHL International, or your local national delivery service partner, for your shipment to the email address provided during your purchase.
Duties & Taxes
All of our packages will be shipped from France. Please note, that when you purchase an item from another country you are the “importer” of those goods. Goods entering certain countries, may be inspected by Customs and Border Protection and assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes and charges, if any. It is the importer's responsibility to account for any duties and/or taxes, while ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
IMPORTANT: A few countries may apply a duty tax, including the United States. The tax is not applied consistently across items and cannot be assessed in advance. Some parcels could require additional delivery duties (DDU) to be paid by the "importer" or purchaser, when delivered outside the European Union (EU). Luxe Provence will cover any duty charges made to clients in the USA only. Please contact us for any questions.
For deliveries within the EU, all parcels will be charged with the current 20% TVA/VAT rate for items shipping and originating from France.
